What is the standard shipping time for instruments?
Most in-stock instruments are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Do you offer a warranty on musical instruments?
Yes, all new instruments come with a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty. DeRosa Music also provides an additional 6-month store warranty covering setup and minor adjustments.
Can I return an item if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items like reeds, mouthpieces, and in-ear monitors cannot be returned once opened.
Are your instruments inspected before shipping?
Absolutely. Every instrument undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection and professional setup by our in-house technicians to ensure it is play-ready the moment it arrives at your door.
