At DeRosa Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new instrument or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Equipment

  Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship to DeRosa Music

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
